Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibility Areas

1. Order Management – Ensure timely processing, tracking, and delivery of customer orders.

2. Documents – well known about vehicle documents & goods documents (invoice & e way bills and pod)

3. Air Freight services & Road Transport – well Know about Air freight service and road transport

4. Knowledge in Computer – Well known about Advance excel, MS Word and MIS

5. Shipment Coordination – Plan and coordinate transportation, ensuring on- time deliveries.

6. Inventory Control – Monitor stock levels and manage warehouse operations efficiently.

7. Vendor & Supplier Coordination – Communicate with transporters, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers.

8. Documentation & Compliance – Maintain accurate records, invoices, and ensure regulatory compliance.

9. Cost Optimization – Control transportation and warehousing costs to improve efficiency.

10. Customer Support – Address delivery issues, delays, and provide updates to customers. 11. Process Improvement – Identify gaps and improve logistics processes for better efficiency.

12. Safety & Quality Control – Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality guidelines. 13. Reporting & Analysis – Prepare reports on shipments, inventory, and logistics performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
