Job Title: SCM Logistics and Dispatch Manager Location: Hyderabad Experience: 814 Years Industry: Chemical Industry (Mandatory) Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Logistics and Dispatch Manager to oversee the end-to-end movement of raw materials, chemicals, catalysts, and finished goods in a chemical manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inbound logistics, outbound dispatches, documentation, and regulatory compliance related to hazardous and non-hazardous materials. Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound logistics for: Raw materials Catalyst supports (e.g., activated carbon) Chemicals and consumables Project-related equipment Plan and execute dispatch schedules for domestic and export shipments Coordinate with production, purchase, and warehouse teams for timely material movement Ensure proper documentation for transport, dispatch, and EXIM procedures Handle regulatory compliance related to transportation of chemicals (including hazardous materials) Engage and manage third-party transporters and logistics service providers Optimize transportation costs and reduce turnaround time Monitor and report on dispatch timelines, delays, and logistics KPIs Oversee packaging compliance and safety standards for chemical goods Key Requirements: 8–14 years of experience in logistics and dispatch within the chemical industry Strong understanding of hazardous cargo handling , transport regulations, and packaging norms Experience in both domestic and international logistics Proficient in coordinating with transporters, customs agents, and warehouse teams Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics software Knowledge of EXIM procedures , DGFT, and statutory requirements is a plus
