As a Network Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the following technical skills: - Strong hands-on experience in Load balancer F5 LTM & APM, as well as with Cisco ASA & FTD firewall. - Experience working with technologies and platforms such as VRFs, Nexus 9k, 7K and 5K switches. - Strong knowledge and extensive support of Routing Protocols/Technologies like EIGRP, BGP, IS-IS, OSPF, Logical Overlay, IOS-XR, MPLS VPN, Multicast. - Participating in problem management processes with engineering or architectural elements. - Engaging in network design and strategy forums, setting directions, and providing recommendations. - Operating data communication systems, including LANs and WANs. - Planning, designing, and implementing networked systems, configurations, and supporting/troubleshooting network problems. - Developing and evaluating network performance criteria and measurement methods. - Developing network technology roadmaps and industry best practices, presenting recommendations to the client base. - Providing hands-on support for various Data Center technologies with a focus on Routing and Switching. - Performing TCP/IP Network traces/packet captures and interpreting results effectively. - Demonstrating high levels of confidence and competence in communication on bridges. - Managing vendors effectively to drive incident resolution. - Utilizing monitoring tools and strategies efficiently. - Mentoring junior staff in areas of process, technology, execution, and other relevant fields. - Executing and analyzing packet captures using tools like Wireshark. - Serving as an extension of the leadership team for workload management and routine guidance. - Participating in complex maintenance or deployment activities. - Creating or modifying documentation in response to new events and learnings. - Providing constructive feedback for improvement opportunities regularly. - Assisting management in determining suitable training and identifying technical needs within the team. Your communication skills are crucial, including excellent written, oral, and presentation abilities. Additionally, you will serve as the intake arm of the Offshore center to ensure new systems or processes introduced into production are monitored, documented, supportable, and the Operations team is appropriately trained. You should have 10-12 years of Network support experience in a mid to large-sized organization and possess two or more of the following certifications: CCNP or CCIE certification. Strong soft skills are also required, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ownership and accountability, client relationship management, ability to mentor and motivate, independent decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.,

Job Description: Network Wireless L3 The position of a Network Wireless L3 is responsible for the ongoing wireless network operations management to provide 24x7 support. The ideal candidate will have deep experience of networking technologies, such as wireless networking routing, switching and security; managing heterogeneous environment & generate metrics related to Network performance, capacity, availability, failure rates, and will also have a strong background in network performance management, service delivery and strategic operations planning with a strong technical orientation & creative in problem solving. Key responsibilities include: This is a hands-on technical role: Provide tier-3 (expert level) operational support for Cisco Wireless, Arista Wireless, Wireless LAN Controllers, Cloud Controllers to resolve critical business issues that require deep wireless network troubleshooting techniques and performance analysis Independently own the Wireless Network Infrastructure support solving complex issues and suggest design modifications as appropriate. - Ensure SLAs are met - Responsible for performance analysis, proactive troubleshooting and capacity planning for the Wireless Network platforms. - Perform monitoring and maintenance of overall environment working with experienced team members. - Perform change controls. Update process documentation and team portals - Participate in troubleshooting, capacity planning and analysis, performance analysis & Root Cause Analysis. - Communicate with peers and managers regarding system issues & participate in 24x7 on-call. - Automate operational tasks to make processes simpler and more robust. - Ability to handle multiple complex tasks in a dynamic environment, with tight deadlines concurrently. Refresh heat-maps and operations plans for campus networks, and all WLAN, LAN connectivity Monitor and analyze statistical data to develop improvement plans for Wireless network and application performance Provide an effective Wireless network capacity plan Develop and monitor global weekly and monthly trending reports by business sectors to justify future growth Additional Responsibilities Include: Oversees the management of service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors and service providers Oversees and directs all aspects of the 24/7/365 mission critical network/telecommunication infrastructure operations; including planning, supporting, and maintaining functions Serves as the senior-level escalation point for network operations to resolve critical incidents Maintains policy and procedures manual, conducts monthly service review meetings with key stakeholders, and drive vendor governance Provides leadership, management, direction, and technical oversight for the network operations department Required Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor s degree, or related qualification Certifications is a must (CCNA Wireless, CCNP Wireless, CCIE Wireless) Wireless Network / Telecommunications role, with expert level experience with Wi-Fi technologies Experience of working in a multi-cultural, virtual team, across multiple geographical regions Hand on Experience of working on Cisco, Arista and Aruba Wireless Technologies Hand on Experience of working on managing Cisco Prime, Wireless LAN Controllers, Cloud based LAN Controllers Experience of conducting Wireless Site Surveys Experience of working on Wireless Standards 802.11 (a,b,dg,n,x), WIFI6 Experience with technologies such as: Cisco/Arista / Aruba Fabric Path.
