Hardware and Software Installation: Setting up new hardware, installing and configuring software, and ensuring compatibility. Equipment Maintenance: Maintaining and upgrading hardware and software to ensure optimal performance and security. Inventory Management: Tracking hardware and software assets, managing licenses, and ensuring compliance. Network Connectivity: Troubleshooting network issues, ensuring users have access to necessary resources, and maintaining network security.
