Job Opportunity: Locomotive Sales Engineer Company: Industrial Handling Pvt Ltd. Location: Maharashtra (Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur) CTC: 5 – 8 LPA Experience: 4 to 8 Years Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer from the heavy automobile sector, with a strong track record in sales and business development . This position is focused on driving locomotive and related heavy vehicle business opportunities across Maharashtra. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new clients within the locomotive and heavy automobile sector. Conduct techno-commercial discussions with clients and stakeholders. Secure and close orders for upcoming industrial and infrastructure projects. Coordinate with internal engineering and support teams to deliver technical proposals. Travel extensively across Maharashtra to meet clients, attend meetings, and support field operations. Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Candidate Profile: Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering. Experience: 4–8 years in sales/business development in the heavy automobile, locomotive, or industrial equipment sectors. Skills Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. Ability and willingness for extensive travel within Maharashtra. Confidence in handling both technical and commercial aspects of sales. Salary & Benefits: CTC Range: ₹5 – ₹8 Lakhs per annum Travel allowance, incentives, and other benefits as per company policy Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
