We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the US, with 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Financial Planning & Analysis. Your responsibilities will include financial planning, banking, local compliance, and tax returns. To excel in this role, you must possess a B1 visa and demonstrate a strong understanding of financial processes. Your ability to manage complex financial models, analyze large data sets, and effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders will be key to your success. Additionally, your leadership and team management skills will be essential in leading the FP&A function. Your key responsibilities will involve leading the FP&A function, providing financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for developing and managing financial models, analyzing financial performance, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for business operations.
