We are hiring Sales Officers for field sales of Home Loan products . The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, comfortable working on the field, and capable of generating leads and closing deals. A two-wheeler and valid driving license (DL) are mandatory for this role. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential customers for home loan products in assigned areas. Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, references, and promotional activities. Visit customers to understand their home loan requirements and explain product features. Collect required documents and coordinate with the backend team for processing applications. Maintain follow-up with clients to ensure closures and customer satisfaction. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals. Submit daily field activity reports.
