Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Loan Officer to join our team in Tiruchirappalli, Thiruverumbur, and J Grades. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience driving microfinance business sales and achieving business deliverables.
Roles and Responsibility

Drive microfinance business sales and achieve business deliverables.

Ensure onboarding of quality customers to maintain high portfolio quality.

Identify Joint liability Groups and disburse loans suitable for target customers and geographies.

Conduct CGT amongst members to enable business growth.

Achieve disbursement targets and desired productivity numbers.

Maintain expected collection efficiency and ensure minimum delinquency.

Continuously follow up with overdue customers to ensure repayment.

Ensure client satisfaction is maximum and there is strong brand identification and recall amongst customers.

Achieve the highest First Time Right (FTR) rate.

Engage in continuous learning and development programs to upskill.

Job

Graduate in any discipline.

Minimum 2 years of experience in banking or financial services.

Possess strong knowledge of banking products and services.

Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Adhere to product, process, and policies of the company.
