About the Role: The HR Manager Resource Management & Development will lead key HR functions such as Talent Development, Organizational Design, Partner and Vendor Management, and support for strategic global HR projects. This role requires strong experience in building people strategies, managing leadership development programs, and aligning organizational goals with employee performance and growth. Key Responsibilities: As our HR you’ll champion talent development, organizational design, partner/vendor management, and global HR projects. You’ll be at the heart of building people strategies, leading leadership development, and aligning business goals with employee growth. You Are A poised communicator and facilitator A master at stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration Agile, adaptable, and a creative problem-solver An action-oriented go-getter A strategic thinker with a passion for people’s growth Experienced in resource management, grooming, training, and transformation What You’ll Do? Talent Management Design and drive talent development strategies aligned with business goals. Lead performance management (goal setting, reviews, feedback). Champion career pathing and succession planning. Organizational Development Spearhead change management and culture-building initiatives. Lead employee engagement programs and OD diagnostics. Oversee competency mapping and workforce planning. Learning & Development Identify training needs and deliver impactful L&D programs. Partner with leaders to roll out high-impact learning initiatives. Lead induction, onboarding, and capability-building for new hires. Client & Partner Management Manage vendors, strategic partners, and joint ventures. Oversee HR onboarding for clients and global partners. Align HR processes across global and local teams. Strategic HR Projects Drive global HR initiatives: DEI, leadership development, HR digitization. Ensure consistent HR policy implementation across business units. What You Bring Master’s degree in HR (MBA/PGDM – HR). 11–15 years of progressive HR experience, with expertise in Talent Management, OD, and L&D. Strong background in matrixed, global organizations. Preferably CHRMP certified. Key Skills & Experience Talent management strategy and execution Organizational development and change management Competency mapping and performance management Employee onboarding, engagement, and retention Learning & development frameworks HRMS/LMS platforms (Zoho People a plus) Policy implementation and compliance Highly polished business communication skills Bonus Points For: Exposure to ISO-QMS or similar quality standards Consulting or BPO/KPO experience International team collaboration Certifications in OD, Talent Management, or Coaching
