The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 8 years of experience as a Python or Backend Developer, with a strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as Flask, Django, and Pandas. You should also possess hands-on experience with LLMs APIs and integration frameworks like LangChain, as well as expertise in prompting techniques for AI models. Knowledge of RAG methodologies, DB-driven applications, ORM such as SQLAlchemy, Kubernetes, and modern engineering practices like Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD is essential for this role. To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelors or masters degree in computer science or engineering. Additionally, you should be able to think strategically, engage with cross-functional teams, and demonstrate creativity in identifying new opportunities. Your ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and your experience in product lifecycle management will be valuable assets in this position.
