As a Support Engineer at ServerGuy, located in Noida, you will be a crucial part of our team providing enterprise-level support to our expanding client base. Your role will involve delivering exceptional customer support through email/helpdesk and live chat channels. You will also be responsible for server monitoring, incident response, deployment, automation, troubleshooting services, and migrating applications to our platform. Additionally, you will play a key role in building, operating, and supporting AWS Cloud environments while ensuring the development of documentation such as Playbooks and providing maintenance and upgrade reports. To excel in this role, you should have prior experience as a Hosting Support Specialist or in a similar position. Proficiency in Linux-based servers, virtualization, and cPanel/WHM Control Panel is essential. An aptitude for understanding new technologies quickly, coupled with experience in the WordPress/Magento stack (PHP, MySQL), will be beneficial. Moreover, having expertise in writing Bash, Python, and Ansible scripts, familiarity with AWS, and knowledge of security and PenTesting will be advantageous.
