Linux System Admin - L1

As a Linux System Administrator Level 1 at Axis Bank WVL located in Mumbai or Bangalore, your role involves providing System Admin Support Services to enhance the service quality for the business users. You will be responsible for CPU, Disk, and Memory monitoring using tools provided by Axis Bank, disk management including creating partitions for different server types, disk space management for OS partitions, system log file management, user account management, incident and request services monitoring, fulfillment management, hardware inward/outward/rack-stack/power-on activities, call logging with OEM for hardware/software, software installation/removal, infra provisioning for virtual and physical environments, file copy/movement, backup/restoration management using Axis Bank tools, OS installation, troubleshooting, operating system compliance management, integration with bank tools, hardware firmware upgradation, and escalation of user queries to the bank's IT team. You should have a qualification of B.E./Diploma/BSC-IT with 1.5 to 4 years of experience in Linux system troubleshooting. Certification on Redhat Linux is preferred. The job type is onsite with 24x7 shift details. Your technical skills should include Linux server system troubleshooting, monitoring alert tickets, and knowledge and skills in ticketing tools.
