About the Role: We are seeking an experienced social media assistant to help elevate the external social media content of company's senior leadership team, with a key focus on LinkedIn . This role will support our Global Social Media Specialist, primarily for the Top Voices Program, executing communication strategies that amplify leadership voices, foster thought leadership, and increase the visibility of company's senior leaders on digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Assist in creating and implementing social media strategies to amplify company's senior leadership voices, especially on LinkedIn. Support the Top Voices Program by collaborating with internal teams to generate and schedule content. Write and proofread clear, concise social media copy with an executive tone and effective storytelling. Foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders through consistent and reliable communication. Manage content calendars, ensure timely content delivery, and handle day-to-day posting and monitoring. Utilize digital tools to measure, track, and analyze social media performance. Organize work and manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: Excellent writing and proofreading skills, with a focus on executive-level tone and storytelling. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and tools like Figma. Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field. 2-3 years of relevant experience in social media, marketing, or executive communications, with a preference for B2B and executive communications experience. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
