Qualification : - Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Architecture / Interior Design. Experience : - 1 to 3 years (Freshar can also apply) Age : - Below 30 yrs Joining : - within 15 days Job Profile Must have knowledge about drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software. Familiar with Designer Tools & Apps Create furniture layouts, lighting plans, and finish schedules Create study models, renderings, and presentation materials using both degital tools and traditional methods Work closely with contractors, engineers, and vendors to ensure quality execution. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work quality and design compliance. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and project management abilities. Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations. Strong creativity, visualization, and presentation skills. Meet with clients to understand their requirements and budget. Develop floor plans, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Support senior architects in design research and precedent studies. Present design concepts and revisions based on client feedback. Attend client meetings to understand their vision, requirements, and budget constraints. Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other design professionals throughout the construction process. Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
