As a Field Service Engineer, your responsibilities will include providing on-site installation, validation, and commissioning of instruments. You will be expected to perform hands-on troubleshooting, service, and repairs at the customers" location. Additionally, you will deliver high-level technical support to external customers and conduct on-site training sessions for them. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional work teams such as field applications, customer support/services, product management, manufacturing, and marketing/sales. You will be responsible for developing service technical documentation and updating service information in the company's enterprise database. Handling field service calls and addressing any arising issues promptly and professionally will also be part of your duties. To excel in this position, you should have 0-1 years of experience in the Elevators Industry. Your tasks will include assembling, installing, repairing, and maintaining elevators, as well as testing newly installed equipment to ensure compliance with specifications. Proficiency in electric wiring, electronics, and maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment is essential. You will be required to maintain detailed logbooks of all repairs and checks performed, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and building codes. Furthermore, you should possess good computer knowledge and hold a Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering. Key skills for this role include maintenance, electricals, wiring, electronics, elevators installation, and lift technician expertise. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers.
