Dear All, We're seeking immediate joiners for Title - Curative at our Nagwara, Bengaluru office. If interested please share the updated Resume/Biodata at ta.manager@prodocssolution.com or recruitment.hr@prodocssolution.com Job description Review title commitments, reports, and public records to identify title defects and encumbrances (e.g., liens, easements, boundary disputes, unreleased mortgages). Work directly with underwriters, attorneys, lenders, and other stakeholders to resolve title issues. Order and interpret legal documents such as death certificates, probate records, court orders, and affidavits. Draft and obtain curative documents, including lien releases, subordination agreements, quit claim deeds, and satisfaction of mortgage. Communicate with sellers, buyers, realtors, and contractors to gather necessary information and documentation. Ensure all title curative actions are documented and completed per underwriter guidelines. Update and maintain file records in the System. Support escrow and closing departments to ensure timely and compliant closing.
