About the Role We are looking for a high-energy Talent Acquisition Associate who can independently own and close key roles across functions. You will be responsible for the entire hiring lifecycle from understanding the requirement, sourcing, and stakeholder management, to rolling out offers and ensuring smooth closures. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end hiring for roles across functions (Non-tech-80%, Tech-20%). Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, priorities, and ideal candidate profiles. Source high-quality candidates using multiple channels (Networking, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, Passive headhunting, etc.). Drive screening, coordination, feedback collection, and offer rollouts with speed and quality. Maintain up-to-date data and compliance on ATS and recruitment trackers. Build talent pipelines proactively for key positions. Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. What We&aposre Looking For 23 years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-growth start-ups or e-commerce/consumer internet companies. Hands-on experience managing 56 roles simultaneously and closing roles independently. Strong sourcing and screening skills with a sharp eye for talent and culture fit. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with ATS tools (Kula/Lever/Sense or similar). High ownership, speed, and comfort with ambiguity. Good to Have Understanding of employer branding and candidate engagement strategies. Prior experience in hiring for design, marketing, or category roles is a plus. We're looking for a proactive and people-centric HR Associate to support our growing team. You'll play a key role in building a great employee experiencefrom hiring and onboarding to culture and engagement initiatives. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and love working with people, this role is a great fit. Key Responsibilities: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including setting up IT equipment, accounts, and training sessions. Maintain and update employee data in our HRIS and ensure all digital records are accurate and up to date. Assist in managing performance review cycles, employee engagement surveys, and feedback loops. Coordinate internal events (virtual or in-person), wellness initiatives, and recognition programs to strengthen company culture. Help track time-off, attendance, and leave management through internal tools. Ensure HR practices are aligned with current labor laws and internal policies. Support payroll and benefits administration processes in collaboration with Finance. Act as a point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, tools, or processes. Assist in the development and rollout of new HR initiatives as the company scales. What're We Looking For: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1 to 4 years of HR or People Ops experience . Familiarity with HR software like BambooHR, Lever, Greenhouse, Gusto, etc. is a big plus. Strong communication and organizational skills. Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating productivity tools like Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, or similar. A team player with a high degree of empathy, discretion, and a can-do attitude. Passion for creating a positive, inclusive workplace. Nice to Have: Previous experience working in a tech/startup environment. Knowledge of employment law, especially in tech hubs like California, New York, or India (depending on your region). HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent).
