Key Responsibilities Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities in leisure, travel trade, corporate, and event segments to maximize room occupancy and revenue. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with travel agents, wedding planners, corporates, and key accounts to ensure long-term business associations. Sales Planning & Execution: Create and execute strategic sales plans that align with seasonal demand, regional trends, and brand positioning. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 35 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with luxury resorts or 4/5-star hotels. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience handling MICE, weddings, travel trade, and leisure business. Skills & Attributes Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication in English; knowledge of Kannada is an added advantage. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities. Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office, and online travel platforms (OTAs, GDS, etc.). High degree of professionalism, presentation, and grooming.
