Job Title: Data Entry & Legal Subpoena Specialist We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Data Entry & Legal Support Specialist. This role will require a high level of accuracy and the ability to follow detailed instructions carefully. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks related to data entry, and reviewing legal subpoenas for case information accuracy to be sent out for service. Key Responsibilities: Accurately input and update data into our proprietary systems with high attention to detail. Review case information and ensure proper formatting, content, and compliance with client and legal standards. o Review, verify, and ensure the accuracy of legal documents before sending them out for service. Follow clear, step-by-step instructions to prepare legal documents and input data. Communicate effectively with the team to ensure all required tasks are completed in a timely manner. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to follow instructions meticulously and ensure accuracy in all tasks. Previous experience in data entry or legal documentation is a plus, but not required. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English Language Must be able to comprehend instructions and legal terminology.
