About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Legal Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for law students who are eager to gain real-world legal experience and support day-to-day legal operations. As a Legal Intern, you will assist in research, document drafting, and compliance-related work under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research on various topics and summarize findings.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading legal documents and contracts.
• Support ongoing legal cases, compliance projects, and regulatory tasks.
• Help prepare materials for internal meetings and external filings.
• Maintain organized legal records and confidential files.
• Coordinate with different departments for documentation and legal queries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proficient in MS Office and legal research tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous internship experience in a legal setting is a plus.
• Familiarity with contract law, corporate law, or regulatory compliance.
