Job profile: Law graduates Excellent opprtunity for law grduates to pursue career in non-litigation practise. Comprehensive exposures to various corporate laws- Companies Act, Foreign Exchange Management Act, Trademark Act, MSME, LLP Act, SEBI. In depth learning of laws and guidance from professionals having 10+ years of experience. Opportunity to handle special assignments like due diligence, drafting of shareholders agreements, Share purchase agreement, LLP Agreements, Commercial agreements involving related party transactions, Merger, Compounding etc. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Borivali, Mumbai - 400092, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: total work: 1 year (Required)
