Learning Experience Design & Development Senior Analyst

You will be hired as a Learning Exp Design & Dev Senior Analyst at Accenture, a global professional services company excelling in digital, cloud, and security solutions. With your 5 to 8 years of experience and a solid educational background, your role will revolve around supporting the Learning Delivery Operations by ensuring successful learning solutions delivery, reviewing their effectiveness, and ensuring their applicability. Your key responsibilities will include managing all training resources, implementing necessary up-skilling programs, new product training, and continuous education initiatives to meet business needs. Additionally, you will conduct performance trends and training needs analysis to enhance project performance. Your role will involve designing and assessing training curriculum, content, and performance evaluation processes as per project requirements. To excel in this role, you should be a proactive and inquisitive individual with excellent written and oral communication skills. Your market and vertical knowledge in Retail and Sales, along with domain expertise in International Chat/Voice Service, will be crucial. Experience in managing customer experience metrics with a focus on upsell/cross-sell strategies will be an added advantage. You should be well-versed in Training Delivery and Management, Operational Training End-to-End Planning, and Execution for onboarding associates, Team Leads, and other support functions integrated into the project's organizational structure. Your background should ideally include 5 to 7 years of experience in the Retail vertical with a sales background, specifically in a night shift environment with a brick and mortar setup. Your ability to adapt to changing business needs and implement effective training programs will be key to your success in this role.,
