Very bad work culture. Very poor managers across teams who are incapable of estimates and dump all the blame on their juniors. Company also takes no action when reported. The culture is so toxic that you mind will be seriously disturbed.

Great learning opportunity. The founders are always there to help you out and the environment is very friendly. The careers page is always updated without fail and that makes it easier for us to find out about the jobs. Plus, the interview process is smooth and they respect their candidates.
