Lead, Strategist/Brand Planner

The approximate expected compensation for this position ranges from 6 to 8.5 LPA, depending on your work/industry experience, skills, and potential contribution to the company. As a Lead Strategist/Brand Planner, your role will involve reimagining customer communication strategies, driving brand and marketing roadmaps, innovating product development, and enhancing visual merchandising and strategic implementation. Your responsibilities will include identifying consumer behavior trends, creating compelling content for various mediums, developing insights-driven reports, collaborating with social media and marketing teams, building strong account relationships, conducting research and interviews, and executing marketing plans both online and offline. Your qualifications should include proven experience as a strategist, knowledge of online content strategy, excellent writing and editing skills, a positive attitude, curiosity, high performance drive, accountability, and a content mindset.
