Your responsibilities will include managing product/solution development using preferred AI techniques, leading the development and implementation of custom solutions leveraging modern AI technology, and crafting the overall product development strategy while ensuring integration with broader interfaces. You will be tasked with creating AI models and frameworks to address business problems effectively, analyzing technology environments and client requirements to define AI-based product solutions, and implementing essential security features per product requirements. Furthermore, you will stay abreast of the latest AI trends to enhance product development, identify problem areas, conduct root cause analysis, and provide appropriate solutions. Collaboration with the programming team, Holmes advisory board, vertical delivery, and business teams will also be crucial in driving product design consultations, client interactions, and responses to RFP/client requirements. In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will play a pivotal role in team management, resourcing, talent development, performance management, and employee satisfaction and engagement. Tracking and measuring performance parameters related to technical project management, client centricity, capability building, and team management will be essential to ensure continuous improvement and success. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong foundation in Python for Data Science and possess 5-8 years of relevant experience.
