Leading and managing pavement and flat structures design projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including engineers, architects, and airport authorities to develop design concepts and specifications for pavements.
Conducting feasibility studies and site assessments to evaluate pavement design requirements and constraints.
Coordinating with external consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to obtain necessary approvals and permits for pavement construction.
Implementing quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client expectations.
Monitoring project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary to mitigate delays and cost overruns.
Preparing and presenting project status reports, including progress updates, financial forecasts, and risk assessments, to senior management and stakeholders.
Fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team to optimize performance and deliver successful outcomes.

Bachelors degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of pavement materials, design principles, and construction techniques related to airside flat structures.
