Lead MERN Stack Engineer

As a MERN Developer based in Indore (WFO), you will be responsible for effectively communicating complex technical, architectural, and organizational issues while proposing iterative solutions. You should possess a strong ability to diagnose and prevent performance and optimization problems, as well as lead a team. Your role will involve working in a highly agile software development process and reviewing and preparing estimations and change requests before submission. With a minimum of 4+ years of professional experience, you should have a proven track record as a Frontend Developer and Full Stack Developer. Your responsibilities will include owning a project from concept to production, collaborating closely with other team members, and designing impactful technology solutions. Proficiency in common stacks such as ReactJs, Redux, NodeJs, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, XML, jQuery, GIT, and familiarity with databases like MySQL and MongoDB, web servers like Apache, and UI/UX design are essential. Your duties will also involve project backup planning, project sign-off, reviewing and evaluating project documents and codes, and obtaining sign-off on UAT (User Acceptance Test). A strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, is required for success in a remote and asynchronous work environment. Additionally, your passion for open source and developer tools will be beneficial in this role.,
