In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth for our jewellery division in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive new business growth for the jewellery division - Identify and target potential customers through market research and analysis - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to expand our customer base - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives - Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth - Develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and initiatives - Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of marketing efforts - Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate new trends and techniques into marketing strategiesQualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the jewellery industry - Proven track record of driving new business growth and achieving sales targets - Strong understanding of market research and analysis techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools - Knowledge of the Bengaluru market and jewellery industry is a plusWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development within our company.
