Lead Java Developer

As a Java Lead Developer with over 5 years of experience and the ability to join immediately, you will be responsible for demonstrating excellent knowledge and coding expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, and JSON. Your role will involve developing high-quality and detailed designs, conducting unit testing using automated frameworks, and utilizing your RDBMS knowledge, specifically Oracle database. In this role, you will leverage your experience in application development on both Windows and UNIX platforms. Your strong analytical skills and leadership abilities will be crucial as you guide the team and ensure that the written code aligns with project objectives. Additionally, your proficiency in software version control tools such as Subversion and Git, along with your experience with JSON, REST, and SOAP web services, will be essential for success in this position. You will be expected to use development tools like Eclipse, Git, Maven, and Junit, and demonstrate an aptitude for learning new technologies and function domains. Your role will also involve identifying and resolving issues with applications, drafting detailed reports on completed projects, and actively participating in group meetings to discuss project objectives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree as a minimum educational requirement, with a Master's degree being preferred. With 6-8 years of experience, you should showcase your ability to work with a solution-oriented mindset and prioritize tasks effectively while considering diverse perspectives.
