Senior Lead Generation Specialist (US Geography IT Services) We're looking for a high-performing Lead Generation Specialist with deep experience in generating qualified leads (SQLs) for IT services particularly product engineering, AI/ML, cloud, and SAP modernization. You’ll be our go-to engine for building top-of-funnel and converting cold prospects into warm SQLs across mid-market and enterprise accounts in the US region. This is a hands-on role —no team required. You’ll own the full lead-gen pipeline: research, outreach, qualification, handoff. Responsibilities Build targeted prospect lists aligned to ICPs in FinTech, HealthTech, Retail, and SAP verticals Run cold email + LinkedIn + B2B intent-data campaigns to generate SQLs Leverage tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, Outreach, and HubSpot to automate at scale Qualify leads rigorously using BANT / CHAMP / custom Steady Rabbit filters Hit aggressive monthly SQL targets (not just MQLs or appointments) Collaborate with content and tech teams to personalize messaging with technical context Own and report weekly metrics: SQLs, open/click rates, conversion %, ICP match Requirements 5+ years in a lead-gen agency or firm serving IT services companies Proven record of generating SQLs for US-based clients —not just lists or appointments Strong familiarity with IT services landscape —especially digital engineering, cloud, AI/ML, and enterprise platforms Deep hands-on experience with cold outreach, enrichment tools, and CRM hygiene Fluent in objection handling, persona mapping, and ICP research Self-starter who thrives in a performance-driven, remote-first environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) Performance Metrics Monthly SQL target (to be defined per quarter) Conversion rate from cold outreach to SQL ICP match quality (relevance to defined verticals) Pipeline velocity and handoff success to closing team
