Lead Generation Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Run and optimize high-ROI performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other B2B channels
• Drive qualified, intent-based MQLs with measurable pipeline contribution
• Execute full-funnel ad strategies including audience targeting, copywriting, asset creation, A/B testing, and conversion optimization
• Build and iterate on account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting mid- to large-sized enterprise buyers
• Set up, monitor, and optimize pixel tracking, event-based conversion goals, and UTMs across platforms
• Analyze funnel performance data to continually improve CPL, CTR, ROAS, and SQL yield
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align campaign narratives with business goals
• Own reporting dashboards and present campaign performance insights directly to leadership

Preferred candidate profile

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and lead generation for Managed IT Services or B2B Tech/SaaS
• Proven track record of generating marketing-sourced pipeline, not just impressions or clicks
• Technically savvy with expertise in ad platforms, CRM integrations, remarketing flows, and analytics
• Highly analytical with a test-learn-iterate mindset
• Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles and the nuances of B2B tech messaging
• Clear communicator who can translate marketing performance into business outcomes

Nice to Have

• Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Tag Manager, Metadata.io, or similar
• Knowledge of ABM platforms or intent data tools such as ZoomInfo, Bombora, or 6sense
• Exposure to global markets with a focus on US and Europe-based B2B campaigns
