Lead Full-Stack Developer

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for architecting and building the core platform, including frontend, backend, database, and API integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up backend services and scalable architecture
  
• Connect to APIs (Meta, LinkedIn, Gmail, etc.)
  
• Build frontend dashboard (React, Vue, or similar)
  
• Implement user authentication (OAuth 2.0)
  
• Set up secure database (PostgreSQL/Firebase)
  
• Create the post scheduler, inbox, and AI components
  

Ideal Skills:

• Laravel or Node.js or Python (FastAPI)
  
• React/Vue
  
• API integration experience
  
• Database structuring
  
• Familiarity with social/email APIs

Next persons that will be hired:

AI Prompt & Automation Engineer

Role Summary:

Handles AI integrations (e.g. ChatGPT) to create smart features like caption generation, DM/email response automation, and campaign ideation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop prompt systems for auto-captioning, smart replies
  
• Train AI on your tone/brand voice
  
• Build internal tools for newsletter writing, social post idea generation
  
• Work with full-stack dev to integrate OpenAI, Claude, etc.
  

Ideal Skills:

• Strong understanding of LLM prompting
  
• Python or JS-based automation tools (LangChain, Autogen, etc.)
  
• Familiarity with Zapier/N8N-like workflows
  
• Light NLP fine-tuning experience is a plus
  

UI/UX Designer

Role Summary:

Designs the user journey, dashboard layout, inbox structure, and all user-facing components of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create wireframes + design system
  
• Design a responsive dashboard interface (desktop + mobile)
  
• UX flows for posting, replying, newsletters, and automation
  
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers
  

Ideal Skills:

• Figma/Adobe XD
  
• UX research for SaaS platforms
  
• Bonus: Knowledge of component libraries (e.g. TailwindUI, ShadCN)
  

Frontend Developer

Role Summary:

Implements the dashboard UI designed by the UX team, including all visual features and interactivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build out the UI using React/Vue
  
• Ensure seamless integration with backend APIs
  
• Responsive layout and component development
  
• Inbox UI, post calendar, content preview tools
  

Ideal Skills:

• React/Vue + Tailwind CSS
  
• RESTful API consumption
  
• Experience with dashboard or admin UI
