Role & responsibilities The position has the overall responsibility for the Services Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & HVAC functions for the commercial project of the Company. Overall responsibility of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Telecom Systems, CCTV, Security and Safety Systems for the projects. Provide design inputs on Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Telecom Systems, CCTV, Security and Safety Systems. Co-ordination and liaison with Architects, Consultants, Contractors and Engineers with regard to work execution. Installation, Testing and Commissioning of all HV and LV Panels, Cables, Transformers, DG Sets etc Will be responsible for complete execution of Electrical and HVAC systems Ducting / Insulation. Vendor Management. Responsible for plumbing utilities function. Liaison with government bodies & other agencies to obtain all technical sanctions and approvals for smooth execution of projects. Capital Budgeting and monitoring budgetary parameters. Preferred candidate profile Expertise in design, execution, installation and maintenance of electrical, electronic and HVAC systems. Excellent administration & execution skills. Sound technical knowledge. Should posses knowledge of MS Projects, BMS, Project Costing and Contract Administration.
