Lead - Digital Technologies - Frontend & Content Management

As a UI/Frontend Lead Architect, you will drive the technical vision and architecture of scalable, cloud-native frontend applications. Your deep expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React and Next.js will be essential for this role. Additionally, hands-on experience in headless CMS architecture and building global design systems will be highly valued. Proficiency in Azure services, API integrations, and cross-platform connectivity is a must. Your key responsibilities will include defining and leading the architecture of large-scale, performant frontend applications. You will also architect and guide frontend integration with headless CMS platforms such as Contentful and DotCMS. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless API integrations across applications is a crucial aspect of this role. In this role, you will leverage Azure services like Front Door, Key Vault, and App Services for secure and scalable deployments. Guiding technical decisions across projects involving cloud-native frontend frameworks, mentoring development teams, and conducting architecture reviews to ensure adherence to best practices will be part of your daily tasks. Collaborating with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, version control, and cloud deployments will also be a key responsibility. You will need to ensure that accessibility, performance, and SEO standards are embedded in all solutions. Working closely with product and UX teams to translate business goals into scalable UI solutions will be essential. Your role will also involve driving the implementation of reusable components and global design systems across teams. Implementing Agile methodologies and effectively leading Scrum ceremonies will be part of your responsibilities. Providing strong technical leadership, clear communication across teams, and proposing scalable and efficient solutions based on business requirements will also be expected from you. Your must-have skills for this role include strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend architecture. Expertise in React, Next.js, and reusable component design using Atomic Design principles are a must. A deep understanding of headless CMS architecture, experience with Azure services, RESTful API integration, OAuth, and secure client-side development are also essential. Good to have skills for this role include exposure to Velocity scripting and templating languages, familiarity with Storybook and component documentation tooling, and working knowledge of accessibility, performance optimization, and web vitals. Understanding micro frontend architecture, knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, project management skills, and SCRUM entry-level certification are also beneficial. Experience in integrating with IDPs like Azure B2C and Okta for authentication using SAML or OpenID protocol will be an added advantage.,
