Collaborate with multi-functional technology teams, including Cyber Security, Cloud, and Workplace Enterprise Services, to accelerate change and enhance our network infrastructure. Accountabilities In this pivotal role, youll ensure technology-based solutions are supported by robust architectures and operating models. Partner with diverse technology teams to deliver next-generation wireless networks and cloud solutions. Engage in a NetDevOps operating model to expedite change delivery. Own network implementation and reliability processes, bridging AstraZenecas strategic vision with network solution engineering. Conduct regular audits to proactively address network risks. Influence portfolio investments aligned with strategic roadmaps. Collaborate with automation teams to design software that automates operational tasks. Troubleshoot incidents and drive permanent resolutions. Develop software for reliability and scale with minimal refactoring. Implement infrastructure changes successfully. Identify gaps in procedures and drive mitigating controls. Enhance business operating models for improved efficiency and client experience. Design high-quality CRD, HLD, and LLD documents. Plan and conduct rigorous wireless network tests. Implement wireless solutions in multi-tenant environments.
Essential Skills/Experience -
CCIE/CCNP or equivalent certification with Minimum 10+ years of relevant working experience, with the last 5 years in large-scale network architecture design implement and support network deployment, implementation, and operations.

TOGAF or equivalent and ITIL certifications are added advantage.

Excellent communications skills, with the ability to explain complex technological ideas and concepts in a way that is understandable to a non-technical audience.

Ability to analyze and resolve project-related issues.

Ability to work in a high paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work.

Significant experience working with vendors, professional services, and providers.

Automation first attitude.

Must have in-depth and technical hands-on experience in one or more of the following capabilities SD-WAN, Wireless, Network Security, DC, Cloud Networking or Network Automation.
