Location: Hyderabad, India Department: CRM Job Type: Full-time Working Days: 6 days a week Preferred Candidate: Female with prior experience in CRM, lead qualification. Job Overview: Krishna Jewellers, Pearls and Gems is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Pre-Qualifier to join our CRM Team . This is a non-customer-facing role, responsible for evaluating incoming online leads and efficiently assigning them to the appropriate Sales Executives based on product category, customer requirements, and team availability. The Pre-Qualifier acts as a critical link between marketing-generated leads and the online sales team, ensuring that customer inquiries are handled promptly, professionally, and with personalized attention. Key Responsibilities: Screen and evaluate online inquiries and leads received through the website, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other digital platforms. Understand customer interest, category (gold, diamond, pearls, silver), purchase intent, and assign leads to relevant sales executives accordingly. Use the internal CRM tool to log, track, and update all lead activities and status changes. Coordinate with the Online Sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and customer engagement. Escalate high-priority or high-value leads to senior team members as required. Monitor lead status to ensure follow-up is done within set timelines and no lead is missed. Generate daily and weekly reports on lead flow, conversion status, and team performance. Collaborate with marketing, digital, and sales teams to optimize lead assignment processes. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, commerce, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in a CRM, lead management, or sales coordination role—preferably in the jewellery, luxury retail, or e-commerce industry. Familiarity with CRM tools, lead dashboards, WhatsApp Business, and online customer service tools. Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to handle a high volume of leads. Basic understanding of jewellery categories and customer preferences. Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English and regional languages. Preferred Profile: Female candidates with experience in CRM, inside sales coordination, or online retail backend operations . Prior experience in the jewellery or luxury e-commerce segment will be a strong advantage. Tech-savvy, disciplined, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
