What You Will Do

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex architectural projects from concept to construction
  
• Oversee project teams, providing creative direction, technical guidance, and quality assurance
  
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure design intent and project objectives are met
  
• Prepare and review design presentations, drawings, and specifications
  
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and regulations
  
• Drive innovation in design approaches, materials, and sustainable practices
  
• Mentor and develop junior architects and designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused environment
  
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource planning
  
• Represent the firm at client meetings, presentations, and industry events
  

Who You Are

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
  
• 12+ years of professional experience with a strong portfolio.
  
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams on large-scale and complex projects
  
• Strong conceptual design skills and a passion for excellence in design and execution
  
• Deep understanding of building systems, construction methods, and technical detailing
  
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  
• Proficient in relevant design and documentation software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)
  
• Experience in sustainable design and familiarity with green building standards (e.g., LEED, WELL) is an advantage
• Awareness about International Building codes
