About the Role We are seeking a highly driven and skilled professional from a diverse talent pool to lead Network Architecture, Design, and Deployment for our Franchise model. This role involves designing FTTH infrastructure and managing on-ground deployment activities in fast-paced and evolving markets. Key Responsibilities Design FTTH ODN (Optical Distribution Network) for towns and launch areas. Develop fiber optic plans based on cable type, capacity, and jointing schematics for Access OSP networks. Prepare and validate Bill of Materials (BOM) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Conduct design validation and readiness checks for execution. Coordinate and attend meetings with Local Cable Operators (LCOs). Guide and manage survey teams for effective field data capture. Calculate OSP and ODN link budgets. Perform project feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis. Prepare CAPEX and OPEX for optimized planning and maintenance. Monitor and ensure completion of surveys/designs by internal and third-party teams. Track city-wise franchise rollout and execution progress. Regular travel to towns and upcoming launch locations is expected. Ensure network inventory is up to date in GIS systems. Finalize and implement OLT site planning.
