Managing customer accounts, maintaining accurate records, and providing regular updates to sales representatives will also be part of your role. You will be expected to create and maintain sales documents such as proposals and contracts, as well as collaborate with marketing to support lead generation efforts. Providing exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers is crucial. It is important to stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide relevant insights to customers and sales representatives. Your responsibilities will also include responding to customer inquiries, providing product and service information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Furthermore, you will need to follow up on customer inquiries and resolve issues according to company policies and procedures regarding customer service, privacy, and security.
