Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day salon operations and staff management
Drive sales and ensure monthly targets are achieved
Manage appointments, customer feedback, and ensure high service standards
Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality protocols are strictly followed
Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations
Coordinate with head office on updates and reporting

Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a salon manager/store manager or similar role
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to motivate and manage a team
Knowledge of beauty and hair services preferred
