Additionally, you will oversee overseas workforce quota management and ensure optimal resource allocation. Preferred candidate profile 5+ years in workforce planning, labor standards, or HR analytics. Proven track record in manpower optimization, cost reduction, and overtime management. Skills: Strong data analysis (Excel, Power BI, PPT). Knowledge of labor regulations and workforce modeling. Project management and cross-functional collaboration.
