Thermal Management: Strong understanding of thermal control in battery systems. Component Selection: Ability to select appropriate components and materials. Safety Compliance: Familiarity with battery safety and regulatory standards. Process monitoring activities from design stage to final product. Required Experience on EV 2W, L3 and L5 segments battery design knowledge.
