Job Summary: L&D VTH is a core service line within the Global Delivery Services organization, providing multiple HR and learning related support services including Recruitment support, Onboarding support, People Data Administration, Learning Administration, Cross Border Travel, Global Mobility and Performance Management support to EY member firms. L&D VTH supports Europe West (EW) as part of the extended Region Learning team. It is fully integrated with onshore colleagues, participating in meetings, projects and planning activities as part of one team and is aligned with the Learning Global Process Model and initiates learning processes via existing workflow (SNOW intake forms) for execution by CAT and DAT teams. The person selected for this role will be in the rank of a Senior Associate and responsible for the deployment of multiple courses within one or more curriculum for EY Italy working alongside the Senior Deployment specialist and/or Learning Program Manager. The Associate needs to provide oversight of Learning administration activities and reports on course feedback. Experience leading change management efforts on global client projects. A track record of designing and implementing medium to large-scale change programs, including HR Transformation, Human-Centered Design, Digital Strategy, and ERP Transformation. Experience advising and guiding clients on complex transformation programs with key domain expertise in business readiness, business adoption, change strategy, visioning, execution, stakeholder management, benefits management, and communication. Experience managing delivery teams of at least 5+ individuals, providing advice and guidance on career development, L&D, and performance management. Experience in learning design and content development using instructional design techniques to enable change programs. Experience in selling and delivering work that spans the full project lifecycle. APMG, PROSCI®, or equivalent certification is preferred. Experience creating project budgets and resource estimates for several domains within HR and technology transformations. Experience facilitating solution workshops and design sessions across multiple industry verticals and geographies. Experience identifying and deploying leading-edge communication and stakeholder engagement tools and techniques. Experience leading and supporting a network of Change practitioners to work in a cross-functional and client-facing environment. Expertise in recommending and leveraging new age/digital solutions to enable change such as automation, gamification, advanced analytics/visualization, day-in-life-of workshops.
