You will also oversee the integration of advanced analytics and AI/ML into risk monitoring and reporting frameworks, collaborating with engineering and data teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant technology solutions. Your extensive experience in leading change initiatives, communicating global transformation initiatives, and working in technical change environments will be valuable in this role. Knowledge of KYC/EMG processes, procedures, and experience in financial crime risk transformation space will be advantageous.
