We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Motion Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our growing team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, animating, and editing engaging video content for advertising, social media, explainers, branding, and digital platforms. Develop creative visual concepts and storyboards for motion graphic videos and animations. Create 2D animation videos (character-based, infographic, text-based, etc.). Edit raw video footage, apply transitions, music, sound effects, and visual effects to create high-quality final cuts. Design and animate graphics for explainer videos, product videos, social content, YouTube shorts, and ads. Work closely with copywriters, creative directors, and marketing teams to understand project objectives. Maintain consistency in visual style, colour grading, and branding across video projects. Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs. Stay updated with current design, animation, and video trends. Role: Marketing & Sales Specialist Location: Kochi / Remote Experience: 3+ Years Full-time What You'll Do: Identify new business opportunities and create a steady pipeline of qualified leads (B2B & D2C). Strategize and execute marketing & outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and partner platforms. Conduct market research to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities. Write compelling outreach copy, sales emails, and pitch decks tailored for global audiences. Represent the agency in client discovery calls and prepare proposals/quotes. Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align marketing efforts with deliverables. Nurture relationships with leads until conversion; manage post-sale engagement for retention. You Must Have: Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B marketing or agency sales (preferably in the creative, media, or advertising space). Strong understanding of digital marketing, social selling, and content-led sales. Proven ability to meet targets and generate consistent leads from scratch. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Hands-on with LinkedIn outreach, CRM tools, and cold email platforms Self-driven, proactive, and outcome-oriented. Nice to Have: Prior experience working with national & domestic clients. Background in advertising/branding/design agencies. Knowledge of proposal software like Better Proposals or Canva.
