We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Coordinator with a strong background in sales and team management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing the junior sales team, ensuring their performance aligns with organizational goals, and directly reporting to senior management and the Director. Additonally look after hiring and training for the team. This is a high-impact role that combines sales operations, team leadership, problem-solving, and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities Team Management & Coordination: Supervise and support the junior sales team in their daily activities. Monitor team performance and ensure targets are met consistently. Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans. Reporting & Communication: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for senior management and the Director. Act as a communication bridge between junior sales staff and upper management. Hiring & Training: Look after hiring new junior sales team members. Conduct onboarding, training. Strategy & Problem-Solving: Analyze reasons for underperformance and develop practical, innovative solutions. Work closely with management to strategize team growth and performance improvement plans. Sales Operations: Assist in sales planning and coordination of promotional activities. Maintain CRM systems, track leads, and ensure seamless sales workflow. Requirements Must be a graduate from a recognized institution. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably with experience in team handling and coordination. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively. Must be disciplined with work timings and deadlines. Proficient in MS Office and sales management tools (CRM knowledge is a plus). A proactive problem-solver with a results-driven approach.
