We have an opening for one of our clients " Deloitte " for " Knowledge Management " position.
Experience about documenting in Word document, Proficiency in English language (speaking and writing); Good listener with an elegance of probing questions, Excellent stakeholder management
MOM: They want some one who has Good Written and Spoken English.
They have to interact with the UK Team- May be product / Application Team.
Need to articulate the steps of the product may be it working/ application in the service now tool (Knowledge is necessary)
Both Good in writing and interacting frontend with the product team( Deloitte).
They should be good in Hyperlinking and Sub sectioning the articles- maintain the hierarchy of steps.
This article which is published by the knowledge management person will be initially checked by the employees before raising the request (so it is going to be kind of user guidance).
