Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Kitchen Supervisor who can take charge of the kitchen operations while also being hands-on with cooking. The role requires leadership, strong culinary skills, and working knowledge of kitchen systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen operations
• Prepare and cook meals across South Indian, North Indian & Continental cuisines
• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Monitor kitchen inventory, order supplies, and manage stock rotation
• Train and guide junior kitchen staff to maintain quality and consistency
• Control food costs and reduce kitchen wastage
• Manage service flow and ensure timely food preparation
• Operate and maintain kitchen systems (order tracking, stock entry, etc.)

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in cooking and kitchen supervision
• Proven expertise in South Indian, North Indian & Continental cuisines
• System knowledge is mandatory (basic computer/kitchen POS usage)
• Strong leadership, time management, and team coordination skills
• Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, or during peak demand
