Job Title: Graphic Designer Location: Bengaluru South, Karnataka, India Company: A Leading AgriTech Company Experience Required: 57 Years Education: Graduate in any discipline About the Role We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and strategic Graphic Designer who can visually translate our brand ethos into impactful designs. As a key member of our in-house design team, you will work closely with the marketing and content teams to deliver compelling visual assets across digital and print platforms that reflect our vision of green living and responsible land stewardship. Key Responsibilities Design and develop marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, digital creatives, farm signage, and branding assets Work collaboratively with the marketing team on brand strategy, visual storytelling, and campaign design for digital-first channels (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) Create visual content for moment marketing, product launches, farm events, and seasonal campaigns Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, while continuously pushing creative boundaries Contribute ideas for video stories, reels, and other visual storytelling formats Participate in monthly weekend visits to Hosachiguru farms to capture and create content Skills & Requirements Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD Working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, and familiarity with AI-based design tools Solid understanding of minimalist design, typography, color theory, and design systems Ability to translate complex ideas into clean, engaging visual content High attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines Excellent storytelling ability through visuals, especially in sustainability and lifestyle domains JGraphic Designeror hands-on experience in photography, videography, or content captureJ
