Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to devise, execute, and enhance Meta advertising strategies, driving growth, brand visibility, and return on investment (ROI). Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing tailored marketing strategies across Meta platforms to meet client objectives, managing paid advertising campaigns on various Meta platforms, serving as a strategic advisor to clients by converting business goals into actionable digital plans, analyzing campaign performance, and providing data-driven recommendations for improvement. You will also liaise with creative teams to ensure alignment with platform best practices and campaign goals, stay abreast of the latest Meta platform changes and industry trends, and offer guidance and training on Meta tools, policies, and optimization techniques. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, have at least 1 year of digital marketing experience with a focus on Meta platforms, be proficient in farecompare, Fareleader, Skyscanner, Kayak, Wego, Momomdo, CheapFlight, Meta Pixel, and Business Manager, possess strong analytical skills using tools like Meta Insights and Google Analytics, and have experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and remarketing strategies. Excellent communication and client management skills are essential, and being Meta Certified would be advantageous. Preferred skills include familiarity with other paid media channels, understanding of customer journey mapping and conversion rate optimization (CRO), experience in eCommerce or app marketing, and proficiency in other languages for multi-regional client support.
